MEDICAID RIDERS

 

For those enrolled with Wisconsin Medicaid, please confirm your travel needs and eligibility with your Medicaid program such as IRIS, MyChoice/Family Care, etc. You may also request a transportation budget with your assigned Medicaid program which will help you calculate how many rides you can schedule throughout the year. Once you have that information, please call or email us to schedule a ride. We require a 24 to 48 hour notice before the time of scheduled pickup.
