On-Time Service: We strive to arrive on time for every scheduled trip. If we are running behind schedule for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Clean & Safe Vehicles: Our vehicles are kept clean and sanitized at all times. A vehicle inspection is conducted after every ride to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Ride Confirmation: Before every scheduled trip, we will send a courtesy text message or call to confirm your ride details.
Rider Expectations

To ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone, we kindly ask our riders to:

Be respectful, courteous, and patient with our drivers.

Be ready at the scheduled pickup time.

Communicate promptly if there are any changes to your trip.
Our drivers are committed to making each ride safe, efficient, and comfortable, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Assisted riders must be on the trip reservation, and we will allow one assisted rider only per Medicaid riders.
Scheduling Policy

All rides must be scheduled 24 to 48 hours in advance.

Private-pay rides must be paid in full prior to the trip.
If payment has not been received before the scheduled pickup time and our driver arrives for the trip, the ride will be canceled and a non-refundable $15 fee will be charged to the card on file per Private Pay Riders.
Wait Time & Cancellation Policy

Upon arrival, drivers will allow a 5-minute grace period.

If the rider does not arrive within those 5 minutes after scheduled pick up time, the trip will be canceled.

A non-refundable $15 no-show fee will be charged.
